What’s new for Revu 21?
Licenses are managed as subscription accounts upon purchasing or upgrading to Revu® 21. Like previous versions, you still need to install Revu 21, but now you no longer need to provide a serial number or product key to get started. With Revu 21, users now have the ability to sign into up to 5 devices simultaneously. We no longer feel the pain of having to unregister/register any computer we wanted to use.
With the new subscription model, there are now three new versions of Revu 21: Basic, Core, and Complete. Each differs from the previous editions we’ve all known Revu for throughout its evolution. Below are some changes between each version.
When launching Revu 21 for the first time, you’re greeted with a sign-in window that is identical to the sign-in screen for Studio.
From here, you’ll need to sign in to your account.
NOTE: you’ll need to be assigned access to Revu 21 to gain access to your respective version. Subscription admins can assign access via https://org-admin.bluebeam.com/.
Once logged in, you’ll see your email and the version of Revu 21 you have been assigned.
What is Bluebeam Cloud?
With the purchase/upgrade to Revu21, you gain access to Bluebeam Cloud. We can access this new cloud application via: app.bluebeam.com.
