Return Policy

Refunds for any undesired product or service purchased from D3 must be requested within 15 days of purchase. Refunds are subject to a 5% return fee. Software that has been installed and/or authorized is not eligible for return. Shipping & handling charges for shipped products will not be refunded. Refunds for returns of Autodesk products are subject to vendor approval. Contact D3 for return authorization.
